It sets best practices for the ethical development and use of AI systems, focusing on risk management, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement—key elements in building trustworthy AI. The certification process involved a comprehensive independent audit conducted by the British Standards Institute (BSI), which assessed i-PRO’s AI management practices across its product development, deployment, and operational workflows.
