The goal is to create a multilateral order that would respect traditional, cultural diversity, which should really be welcomed, but the difficulty arises when we look at how the People's Republic of China sees the implementation of this order, writes the Croatian media "Jutarnji List", which has devoted a long article to Xi Jinping's visit to Serbia, relations between the two countries and Beijing's hidden goals.

Serbia like Greece

China's intentions

After five years, Xi visited Europe again, a long period because he was very afraid of Covid, so he stayed in his palaces, although he went to visit Russia last year before the EU. He chose France, whose president Emmanuel Macron does not hide his desire to be the new European leader, which was not met with excessive enthusiasm in Rome or Berlin. "Trap" for Belgrade

China invests heavily in Serbia, but, as independent analysts there say, it is actually not a "classic" investment, like the countries of the European Union, but actually a loan, which is not so easy to get. returned. Independent Serbian analysts warn that China does not actually invest, but instead lends, and Chinese companies and Chinese workers do the work anyway.
